Adding a Direct Guard Service to your Site

If your site would like to use a direct guard service available for emergency patrols at night, use this guide to configure the Guard Company's direct information for call outs. 
Providing this information will allow the operators access to call the configured Guard Company for any on site emergencies during monitored hours. 

*Ensure to include the Guard on your Standard Operating Procedure updates. This will instruct the operators when to use the Guard Service. 

1. Inside your Site, click on the Guard Button 

2. Enter in the Guard information. 

Be sure to include any notes you would like the operators to know about the guards when calling out
