View and Edit your Site SOPs

Standard Operating Procedure lists are the ordered actions that the operator is instructed to take in the event of an incident escalation for your specific site.

Take a look at the below example in your Bounty Hunter app:

You'll notice that in an event escalated as an Emergency, the operator will first dispatch the police, then contact the configured site number and next contact your configured emergency contact list.

SOPs are configured by the monitoring provider and back office support so take a look at the site default settings from your app and decide if these are appropriate for your site. If so, you can hit the Approve button.

If the default settings are inappropriate for your customer, click on the Change Request button.
This will automatically bring you to an email line direct to the Local Security Support inbox. Outline in the email what you would like altered or adjusted and your ticket will be automatically submitted for approval and the changes implemented for you.

Some common examples of changes you may want to make:

1. Adding in the step to call a Guard if one is configured on your site
2. Adding in the step to use any Audio Devices if configured on your site
3. If there is no one that will answer the site phone during monitoring hours, you will want to remove the site contact from the configured list
