What are Alerts?

Alerts are set up when a customer wants notifications to happen for Events based on specific criteria.

This is important for time-sensitive response situations

 Examples of Alerts:

Line Crossing -> A Email Notification from the Event of a vehicle driving the wrong way down a one-way lane

Object Detection -> A Text Message or Push Notification alerting a shop someone brought a BackPack in

Camera Down -> An Email Notification every time a camera is unconnected for longer than X Seconds

They are very useful for situations that require an instant response. This is a huge value builder for a customer because they CAN get additional value and usage from their cameras at no additional cost.
