Some browser addons will cause video portal to work incorrectly. Different issues can be observed ranging from misaligned lines to complete crash of video portal.

To test if the issue is caused by the browser extensions or something else please open portal in an incognito window, this will disable all addons and will help you determine the next steps. To open a new incognito window use "Crtl + Shift + N" keyboard combination or go to your browser menu and click on "New incognito window". In this new window navigate to vmsadmin.localsecurity.org and login to your account. Repeat all the steps that have caused the problem earlier.

If the problem persists please submit a ticket with as many details about the problem as possible and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please include as much of the following as possible:

-our browser version (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

-what you were doing when the error happened

-screenshot of your browser showing the error

-description your last actions in the video portal (for example clicked on Menu camera then scrolled down and clicked on three dots and everything crashed)

-operating system version of the computer you were using to access video portal when the error happened (Windows 10 Home, MacOS 10.16, etc.)
