Checklist for Submitting your Site to go Live

Checklist for Submitting your Site to go Live

Use this guide to ensure your site has been submitted properly, includes all the information needed and is ready to go live!

1. Check on the green checkmarks.

Confirm you have green checkmarks across all site fields in your Bounty Hunter app.

2. Take a moment to double check your work.

Ensure you aren't missing any notes, fields or numbers.

Before you move on to submit this customer for review and approval from your monitoring center, let's take a moment to understand the status changes to your site and how you can use them to let us know where you are at.

When you began creating your customer site, it started with a status of Pending.
Pending means the site has begun it's creation but is not yet completed.

3. Submit your Site for Approval

When you are certain you have entered in all the completed and correct information for your site, you can hit the submit for approval button.

This will automatically change your site status to show submitted and tells your monitoring center that your site it is completed and ready for review.
Once your site is submitted, you will no longer be able to make changes on this account from your integrator app.
Any adjustment requests can be sent into your support inbox for the Local Security team to adjust on your behalf.

4. Final Status Changes

If everything passes the site's review, your monitoring station will change your site's status to approved.
During this time the final testing will be completed by the station.
Once testing is complete, your site will go live, the site subscription will be activated and the status will change to published.
A Published status means that your site is live.

When you have fully completed filling in your site's information, send an email into our support inbox at support@localsecurity.io letting us know your site is ready to go and the intended start date, so we can effectively serve you and your customers.

We will reach out if there is any additional information needed so stay tuned to your inbox for follow up emails and confirmations that your site has gone live!
