Step by Step Instructions to Create New Sub-Integrator

You can create your own sub-integrators and earn profit from the business they will generate. The integrators that you create will be able to add their own customers and control all aspects of their business while remaining as a part of your business.

Step 1.

To create a new Sub-Integrator, go to the Customers menu and click the Add button. In the popup that appears select the "Integrator" option.


Step 2.

Fill in the Price you want your Sub-Integrator to pay you for the storage and as well as for traffic. Then click the “Next” button.


Step 3.

Fill in details about the Sub-Integrator, it is important to use a real email address. An email with a confirmation link will be sent to this address and the user won't be allowed to access the system unless "Confirm email" is pressed from the Welcome email.



Step 4.

Select the plans you want your sub-integrator to have access to and click the "Create Customer" button. This will create a new entry in the list of your customer.
To edit the name or prices for a specific plan click on the plan from the list, this will change name/price only for the new account.
To hide some of the plans use the ON/OFF slider from the "Selected" column.

Note: there might be more than one page of plans available to you, make sure to check all pages and select appropriate plans, and/or do appropriate changes.




Step 5. Optional.

By default, this Sub-Integrator will have access to all modules of our system. You can control access to any of the features for every Sub-Integrator individually. Restrictions will apply to all Customers of the selected Sub-Integrator but won't affect any other customers or Sub-Integrators under your main account.


If you "Disable" the Sub-Integrator this will stop all cameras that belong to this Sub-Integrator customers from being recorded and restrict access to all systems for all users and Customers under this Sub-Integrator. 

To view statistics of a specific sub-account, this works for both customer and integrator level accounts, simply click on the account from the Customers menu and review statistics on the first tab of customer properties.
