Setup fees allow you to set the prices for the flat fees that you charge for setup, installation, and activation of monitoring services.
You can find them in Settings -> Billing -> Setup Fees Tab:
To create a Setup fee - choose the ‘New Setup fee’ button:
Set the fields:
Name - this is how the service will be indicated in the bills.
Amount - your price for the one-time service.
Currency - currently USD only available.
Tax Type - choose a previously set Tax Type.
Choose the ‘Save’ button. Here is your new Setup fee:
Transfer Fees are set by the Platform.
You can view them in Settings -> Billing -> Transfer Fees Tab:
Bank and Card Payments will be used for Recurring and Setup payments (as configured on the site’s subscription).
Wallet Payments will be used for one time payments towards consumable services such as Live Patrol guard response and service overages.
Customers can fund their wallets with Bank or Credit Card, and are never charged fees for funding their wallet.
