Set Up Fee Invoice for Customers billed by Monitoring Centers

Use this guide to navigate your set up fee invoicing if you are an integrator and your monitoring center bills your customers directly.

Setup

Setup fees allow you to set the prices for the flat fees that you charge for Setup and/or Installation of monitoring services. Your setup Invoice is a one-time issued invoice.

The Merchant is the Monitoring Center

No invoices and bills will be issued for you. The Monitoring Center will charge your Site directly, you are able to see those invoices in Accounting -> Invoices Tab:  

Let’s take a look at the example invoice:

The invoice is issued on behalf of the Monitoring Center,
The invoice amount is sum Setup Fee set by the Monitoring Center.
