Setup fees allow you to set the prices for the flat fees that you charge for Setup and/or Installation of monitoring services. Your setup Invoice is a one-time issued invoice.
No invoices and bills will be issued for you. The Monitoring Center will charge your Site directly, you are able to see those invoices in Accounting -> Invoices Tab:

The invoice amount is sum Setup Fee set by the Monitoring Center.
