Reporting Tabs

Reporting Tabs

In the reporting tabs, you'll find the records or logs for all the history saved within our platform.

There are 4 Types of Reporting that we log.

1) AUDIT LOG

This is a log of every single button click that has been done on the platform.
This is great for use as a company if you want to be able to drill down on actionable data within your company and employees.

You can filter this currently by  Date, Username, Area or by any Action type.

2) CALL LOG

The call log is a list of every phone call placed through the platform.
The fourth column over you will see under REFERENCE if that call was logged inside of an incident.
If so, there will be a small arrow icon beside the incident that if clicked on, will bring you directly inside the incident that it is associated with.
You can also download the recording in the far right hand side for your own records if needed.

3) CAMERA EVENTS

Camera events are all of the acknowledged camera events.
This is a mass record logging the event type, it's level of disposition, which site and client it is associated with, which camera triggered the event as well any VMS notes logged.
Clicking on the arrow icon for each event will bring you directly into the incident that event is associated with.

At the top of the screen you can filter by site, camera, event type, disposition level, client or integrator as well as change the date range.

You also have an option in the far right corner to export these logs into an Excel.

4) INCIDENTS

These logs are related closely to events because every time an event comes in there is actually an incident created.

You can filter by: date, site, client, the primary disposition, status and also who the incident was assigned to. You also have the ability to export this information into Excel.

Clicking the arrow icon for each incident will bring you directly into the incident itself.
