The Merchant is the Monitoring Center
Invoices and bills to be generated for your Monitoring Center:
a) The Customer is billed for the amount of your Overage Minutes price.
Note: The Taxes of the Monitoring Center will be applied for this invoice.
Overage Minutes price is set in the your Account.
The invoice is issued on behalf of the Monitoring Center,
The Overage Fee set within your Camera Plan and added to the Site Subscription by the Monitoring Center,
The Live Patrol Dispatch (if applicable) set within your Camera Plan and added to the Site Subscription by the Monitoring Center,
, The Taxes of the Monitoring Center are applied.
b) The Monitoring Center is billed for your commission amount.
The invoice is issued on behalf of you,The invoice amount is a difference between the Overage Minutes Fee Price and Cost (if applicable, Live Patrol Dispatch Fee Price and Cost),,The Taxes of the Monitoring Center are applied.
