You or your customer can click on the Interactions link to pull up the video in the history of their VMS timeline via their app to view.
Additionally, if you click on the icon at the end of the incident line, this will take them to their Incident Share page.
3. Below this, each normal event will be listed with the attached notes from the operators.
The end user will be able to click on the interaction and be directly brought into their customer app (or to their website) to the video at that exact point and time.
