Local Security Trailer Setup

  1. Parking the Trailer

Be sure to park the trailer on level, stable ground.

1. Set the Parking Brake

Pull the red handle to set the Parking Brake. Ensure that the handle locks in place.

2. Install the attached wheel chocks.

Install these on both the front and back of the tires on both sides of the trailer

  1. Leveling the Trailer

1. Remove the Locking Pin from the top of the jack and slide to their outmost position and then re-install the Locking Pin.

2. Set the jack height by using the pin located at the bottom of the jack.

3. Use the provided handles to raise the jacks.

4. Use the Leveling Gauge, located at the front of the trailer, to determine when the trailer is level.

  1. Installing the Surveillance Box

Sometimes, for shipping, the box will come removed from the top of the mast.  If yours came already installed, you can skip this step.

1. Slide the box onto the Peg on the top of the mast.

2. Tighten the x3 17mm bolts on the base of the box to secure it to the mast.

Be sure that the electrical grommet on the bottom is facing the front left of the trailer.

3. Run the wire on the mast through the grommet on the bottom of the box.

Tighten this to ensure a weatherproof seal.

4. Hook up the wiring in the box as seen below.

All of the electrical wires are labeled, you just need to match the labels with the pre-installed wires

  1. Raising The Mast

1. Attach all 3 guide wires to the top of the mast BEFORE raising.

2. Install crank handle onto the winch

3. Use the winch to raise the mast to it's fully extended position.

There is a Yellow and Red painted section section on the mast when you reach this position. DO NOT GO PAST THIS POINT

4. Install locking pin through mast

5. Install the guide wires onto their lower anchor points and tighten.

There are 3 anchor points; one by each of the front jacks, and one beside the park brake

  1. Powering On the Trailer

1. Raise the solar panels to the desired height by removing the bolt and lifting.

2. Open the Electric Cabinet. Turn on all 4 breakers (located on the left side of the trailer).

The indicators will be RED when these are on.

Verify that the Battery and Solar lights are illuminated on the Solar Charger
Verify that the Power Inverter has turned on.

Your trailer in now set up and ready to use!
