Local Security Customer App Overview

Control your Video Monitoring with the Mobile App!

Our App allows you to view all interactions and incidents for your monitored sites.

Sign up by logging into our Mobile App using Google, Microsoft or Apple, or logging in with your email address and password.

**Please note, if prompted that no account is linked to your email, check with your Local Security representative

Let's take a look around! 

Once logged in, you will be brought to a list of all your linked accounts and sites with us showing the incidents and interactions for the last 24 hours. 

Clicking on the Account Name will open a list of sites. Click on the site name you would like to take a deeper look into! 


You will be brought to a page where you can see the following options for your site:

BUSINESS LOGO:

Your integrator Logo will appear at the top here

 

ADDITIONAL SITE LISTS:

Any additional sites associated with the current customer account, will show under the arrow in the down list here:

 

YOUR SITE STATUS:

At the top of your site's information page, you will be able to see the status of your site! 


If you have permission to change the status of the site, you will see the toggle here and can adjust the site's status when applicable.

 

  INTERACTIONS AND INCIDENTS:

You can select either the Incidents or the Interactions to view them here:

Let's have a look first at the INCIDENTS

 

An incident refers to any video event that was not normal activity and escalated into an Event Ticket Window by the operators to be actioned. 
  • Clicking on the incidents allows you to see an overview by date. 
  • You can filter by type or object if needed. 
  • You'll see the time the incident occurred, the primary interaction, the object detection as well as the resolution notes. 

Let's click on an incident to see the details: 

You'll see further details on when the incident was open and closed, a thumbnail and any resolution notes from the operators working on the incident. 

 

Below this you'll find a timeline with the following information:
  • the timeline of actioned events for this incident 
  • any additional attachments such as guard reports or saved video clips 

 

Let's have a look next at the INTERACTIONS

 

An interaction refers to any video event that was presented to an operator for viewing and was acknowledged. This will include normal activity and any escalated event activity. 

Clicking on your interactions will allow you to filter by:

  • date
  • event type
  • object

Additionally, clicking on the event itself will bring you into the event in your camera glue timeline to review! 

 

  CONTACTS:

Use the contacts tab to view or edit the details of the end contacts for this site depending on your permissions set inside the Bounty Hunter Web App

 

DEVICES:

The devices tab will show you all devices attached to your site and their status.

NOTES:

Your notes tab will show you any external critical notes attached to your site.

ARMING RULES 

Within the Arming Rules tab, users have the ability to add, edit, or view site arming rules based on their permissions. These rules are categorized into three types:

1) Standard rules
2) Holiday rules
3) Exception rules.


 

SUBSCRIPTION:

This will show the active subscription for your site. You have the option allow a user to view this, make changes or hide it altogether. 

Subscriptions
Your subscription is your site's plan, summed for all cameras on the site.

Invoices
This allows the user to see the list of the Site’s invoices. Open invoices are coloured in red. Any invoice can be downloaded in pdf format and opened on the device.

If you are given permission to update your subscription, you will also be able to do the following:

- Change the Wallet Auto Recharge settings and add sums to the Wallet,
- Choose the primary card (marked with a star)
- Delete unnecessary customer cards
- Add in new customer cards 

If you want to Logout, simply open the menu in the top left hand corner of your application.
