Disarming your system from the Local Security App

Disarming your system from the Local Security App

Control your Video Monitoring with the Mobile App!

Our App allows you to control the arming status of your monitored sites.

Begin by logging into our Mobile App using Google, Microsoft or Apple, or logging in with your email address and password.

Let's take a look around!

Once logged in, you will be brought to a list of all your linked accounts that you have access to.

Clicking on the Account Name will open a list of associated sites. Click on the site name you would like to take a deeper look into!

You will be brought to a page where you can see the status of your site (armed or disarmed):

YOUR SITE STATUS:

At the top of your site's information page, you will be able to see the status of your site!

If you have permission to change the status of the site, you will see the toggle here and can adjust the site's status when applicable.

Info
When the system is in a state of ARMED, this means that the cameras are currently being watched by the live monitoring team and any person or car activity will alert them of an intruder.

When the system is in a state of DISARMED, this means the site is currently not online with the live monitoring team and events will not alert them.

If you want to Logout, simply open the menu in the top left hand corner of your application.
