Line Crossing and/or Intrusion Detection does not Generate Events
Sometimes when Line Crossing or Intrusion Detection is configured from the Admin portal for Uniview cameras the configuration is transferred to the camera correctly but the camera is NOT generating any events.
This happens because on a Uniview camera because while enabling the feature, the schedule also has to be enabled and in some cases, this does not happen automatically.
To check this go to camera's web interface either using the Generate link button from the Troubleshooting tab for P&P cameras or simply copy HTTP access URL for ONVIF cameras.
1. open Intelligent=>Smart=>Cross Line menu.
2.Make sure that both Cross Line Detection and Enable Plan checkboxes are selected.
The same logic applies for Intrusion detection, if any of the two checkboxes is not selected the module won't work.
