Integrator Statistics - Explanation of Dashboard Interface

The Integrator Statistics Interface has everything you need to see the overview of your integrator account

  1. Integrator Dashboard -> The Tab for Integrators Statistics
  2. Charts -> Additional charts for additional information 
  3. Statistics Date -> Choose the Range of Statistics you want to view by date
  4. Statistics ->
    • Average Archive Storage Used -> The average amount of Mbit Storage used for Recorded CCTV Footage
    • Total Archive Storage Used at *Date* -> The total amount of CCTV Footage used during the Range chosen above
    • Average Clips Storage Used -> The average amount of Mbit storage used for the stored clips
    • Total Clips Storage Used at *Date* -> The total amount of Data Storage used during the Range chosen above
    • Total Clips Time at *Date* -> How many Clips of Events Saved during the Range chosen above
    • Total Traffic -> Total Mbits of Data used during the Range chosen above
    • Total SMS Sent -> How many total SMS sent to customers with notifications about events 
    • Total Emails Sent -> How many total Emails sent to customers with notifications about events
  5. Customers ->
    • Total Customers -> how many customers you have in your database
    • Total Sub-Integrators -> how many integrators you have in your database 
  6. Graphs -> 
    • Cameras -> How many cameras you have Active vs Inactive
    • Customers -> How many customers you have Active vs Inactive
    • Sub-Integrators -> How many Sub-Integrators you have Active vs Inactive
