Integrator Dashboards Overview

Navigating your Integrator Dashboard.

Inside your Bounty Hunter Web App, you have a Dashboards tab.

You can use this tool to:

  • Keep track of the minutes used per month on your cameras
  • Calculate the activity on your site
  • Discover which cameras are triggering the most alerts 

and much more! 

Under the ACCOUNTS tab, you'll see graphs for:

  • Number of Active Sites
  • Number of Active Cameras
  • Subscription Performance

Use the Subscription Performance to help see how many minutes a site has used of their subscription. The green section is "Expected Usage" and orange means "Unexpected Usage".

Here is an example of a site that has some unexpected extra activity:

This dashboard updates hourly, so it is very accurate to show you if subscribers are consuming minutes unexpectedly.

For example, let's say your site has a total of they have 240 minutes allotted per month.

15 days into the billing cycle, we would expect 120 minutes used. Anything above the 120 minutes expected will be orange.

At the top, click on the CONTROLS to filter this information by customer:

 

Under the INTERACTIONS Tab at the top, you'll see more information breaking down the specific interactions happening at your site. 

This will include:

  • Interaction Breakdown: a breakdown of the type of interactions at your site for the given time period
  • Interactions by Site: the number of interactions at each site for the given time period 
  • Interactions by camera: the number of interactions per camera for the given time period
  • The type of analytics that triggered each event (car or person) for the given time period
  • If there were any Erroneous or Misidentification alerts triggered on your site for the given time period 

You can filter by Date, Customer or Disposition as you navigate through your site's interactions.
