Inside an Incident - Overview

Inside an Incident - Overview

Inside an incident we have built it so that from a single pane of glass, all the needed information is at your fingertips.

On the right you will see a place for notes.

This is where any notes made when creating the incident will show up as well as where you can write notes on the steps you take so they are recorded in the incident.

Please note that the end customer will see these notes if the EXTERNAL SHARE toggle is ON.

Below this you will see:

1. the contact information for the site as well as emergency contact list.

2. At the bottom of the screen you will also be able to see any critical notes about the site itself.

3. The bar on top of the video itself will show you the type of alarm that came in.

**Note that if multiple come in for the same site, they will be grouped together at the top here where you can toggle between incident video streams from their timelines**

Beside the Contact Info, inside the ALARM INFO tab, you will see the Permit number in case you are ever asked for it!

The ACTION ITEMS at the bottom of the screen is the ordered list in which the incident should be escalated. These steps have been preconfigured based off of disposition level with the customer.

So for instance, at this site:

We see that since an Emergency (L4) event came in, that it is configured to

1. dispatch the police

2. contact the site

3, contact the emergency contact list.

If there are multiple incidents, there will be an individual list for each.

The escalation buttons in the top right will differ depending on what is configured for each site:

Above, you see for this site you have the ability to call emergency services and guard services via the actionable buttons. To the left of these is your button for closing or reopening the incident.
