Incidents-Additional Attachments

How to add anything additional to an incident such as saved clips and pictures.

Inside of your incident, you have an attachments tab: 

Here you have the option to add anything additional you would like the customer to see on their incident report in the morning.

Some examples of this would be:

1 a picture of a license plate

2 a saved clip you created from the event 

Once that has been uploaded, you can now edit the Share External to Include the attachments you uploaded:
