Incident Share: End Customer View

What does the end customer Incident Report look like?

There are three parts to what the end customer can see from their incident report: 

1. Camera Icon:
This will show the Site Information, When the incident was opened and closed, The type of event with a clickable link to the event from their app login as well as a thumbnail of the event. 

2. Time Icon:
This will show the list of completed Action Items and all the notes that are marked External

3. Paperclip Icon:
This will show any attachments added to the Incident by the operator such as relevant pictures or video clips that the customer can download.
