Incident Share-End Customer

Incident Share-End Customer

You have the ability to share an incident itself from our Bounty Hunter Platform.

Once the incident has been closed, this can be shared with anyone!

This feature includes auto-creating an end customer share page for incidents with a disposition of L2 or greater.

An incident share page is automatically created for the customer that will show the following checked boxes to their daily report the next morning:

  • external incident notes
  • completed action items
  • objects found
  • event video urls
  • saved clip of the event

You'll want to make sure all notes are toggled on to Share External

This will then allow the customer when opening the incident to see the notes, as well as allow those notes to show up as a list in their morning report.
