Incident Share-Creation

Once an incident has been closed inside the Bounty Hunter platform, you have the ability to create and send off a share page of the incident.

Click inside of the Incident on Bounty Hunter.
You can get to this either from the Incident Que or the Incident Log.

or

Find the SHARE EXTERNAL button from the top left corner and then click CREATE INCIDENT SHARE:

From here, you will be able to do the following:

1. choose what will be included as viewable in the incident to the receiver

2. choose your method of sharing (email link or SMS link)


a few important notes:

DO NOT click on the .mp3 files, those are your phone calls and do not need to be shared

DO click on the .mp4 file as that is the saved video clip and it is important that it is shared:

Hit SAVE and you will be presented with this screen where you can choose how you'd like to share the page whether email or SMS and then enter in the credentials of who you want to send it to!!

Hit Send!
