Incident Management - Levels of Disposition and Changing Disposition within an Incident

The DISPOSITION level category is based off of the event type the event is tagged with when you escalate it here on the Video Portal:

The disposition level, priority and urgency can shift based on ongoing tickets happening when the armed site receives updated tickets.

L0: Erroneous/Misidentification events
L1: Normal Events
L2: Suspicious, Loitering events
L3: Vandalism, Trespassing events
L4: Emergency/ Life in Danger events

When you open up a new incident, the type and level will show here for each event:

Suspicious is a great choice to escalate an event as if you aren't sure what's happening in the video and need to further investigate.

One very important note though, is you must change the disposition if the activity has escalated.

For example, if you opened up this video here and noticed the individual was trespassing, you will now want to change that L2 Suspicious to L3 Trespassing.

This marks it properly for the end customer who will receive a report but ALSO indicates your proper action items as they are unique to the type of event and you want to make sure you are contacting the proper authorities.
