Incident BETA Tab

Incident BETA Tab

Your Beta tab works exactly like your Open Incident Que as you can see below!

When a new incident comes in, it will pop a ticket in your new incident que:

Clicking on this Incident in the Beta Que, will bring up the page below that has some additional features we added for situational awareness:

Let's break down this new addition!

We have added additional information into the left hand side of your incident ticket:

Above you can see here the Site Map, as well as Events, Cameras, and History Tabs.

Event tabs: a list of open events that have grouped together into your incident.

What are these events?

When your site goes into a state of alarm, all events group together for the same site here until disarmed, with the latest at the top of the list:

Click on the Incident to open it's options or hit Expand All.

1) The button allows you to see this incident in the main camera window

2. The Button allows you to separate one of the events into its own incident ticket:

3) Your button allows you to change the disposition of this event if it has escalated.

**Reminder, changing the disposition to reflect the current alarm is important because it will alter the action items for you to follow and also will reflect in the customer's end report**

Your Cameras tab, shows all the cameras attached to that site. You have the ability to view them or reset them now if they are having connection issues.

Your History tab shows the history of events on this site.

You can click the arrow icon to pull up a previous incident ticket from this site.
