Incident Audio Talk-Downs

Use this guide to use any type of audio talk down on the site you are monitoring to communicate with people on site.

When inside an incident, if your action items ask you to Use Two Way Audio:

You can navigate to the Audio Button in the top right corner of your incident window! 

Once you open this button, it will show you all the cameras at this site with talk down audio available! 

Choose the camera that you are currently on to find the instructions for talk down: 

Looks like this one is letting you know this camera has a built in speaker:

You can proceed to use the talk down button on the camera to speak to the people on site!

Sometimes the Camera it lists is in fact a speaker that appears inside your cameras tab. 

This device will appear offline but will still have the mic button to utilize:

This camera below, has a number to call:

This means the integrator set up a speaker so that if you call this number, it will allow you to talk through the speaker.

It looks like this camera, has a url:

Simply click on the url and be brought to the speaker's web access page and hit PLAY on whichever pre-recorded message is appropriate to use:

Once you have done this, check mark that you have completed the audio talk down feature and write a note describing your actions:
