I am not receiving any test signals
If you are not receiving any test signals, check the following:
Troubleshooting Checklist
- The device is powered on
- Video is being received
- Object detection is enabled
- The camera is shared to the target VSOC

The most common cause for signal transmission issues is that the camera is not shared to the VSOC
To enable access to a camera for another customer or monitoring center, you can configure sharing of the cameras.
