How do I create an Account?

Quickly create video monitoring accounts and send all the data to the monitoring station.

Before you Create a Site, you must first create a Customer Account.

Select the "+" button in the bottom right from the Accounts Landing page to start the account creation process.



When the Create Account page opens, you will see options to fill out the account's Name, Address, Contact, and SLA information.


SLA information is prefilled with monitoring center defaults to speed up the data entry process



Once you have entered all the required information, you can press the Create Account button at the bottom of the page.



When you create the account, it will start with a status of "Created".



If you are happy with the account details, press the button to Submit Account, it will then have a status of "Submitted".

If you need to change or update any information, use the "Update Account" button to sync changes to the monitoring station.



This will trigger your monitoring partner to begin their service provider workflow.
