Guard Service Agreement Paperwork

Here you'll find details on each section of filling out your agreement form for any cameras you are looking to have monitored.

1. You can begin by filling out the site information where the cameras will be monitored with the full address as well as any contacts:

2. Fill out the payment plan details according to what you are charging your customer (depending on the type of plan you have with us, some of this may already be filled out for you):

3. Fill out the agreement information for the start date and term of the contract.

4. Fill out the System Information with the Camera Name, VMS Camera ID, if there are any critical notes attached to each camera, and if we are looking for people/vehicles or both.

As much information as possible to give your operators situational awareness is key here.

For instance, is this a closed site? Do you expect employees?

5. Fill out your SOP's section.
This is the order in which the client would like the live operators to perform their actions given the following categorized instances, this will be different based on clients needs:

S=contact site
L=contact emergency contact list
G=contact guard services
E=contact emergency dispatch center

If your site does not have 2 way audio or a guard, these slots can left blank.

6. Enter in the Monitoring Start and End times for your site as well as upload a Site Map outlining where the cameras are located.
