Filtering Events inside your Incident

Filtering Events inside your Incident

How to filter events inside of an incident in Bounty Hunter

Once inside your incident, there may be multiple events populating on the left hand side of your incident management screen, sometimes with different dispositions.

This will depend on the disposition status that it was escalated with.

IE: Normal, Suspicious, Trespassing

If you want to quickly filter these events you can use these buttons here to sort the level of disposition:

Any Disposition outlined in PURPLE will be visible to you.

For example, if you want to see all L3 incidents, use your mouse to unhighlight the other dispositions so L3 is the only bubble highlighted in purple.

**Re-check all Disposition Level's before closing your incident again to ensure there are no missed events.
