If you have received the error below please check the following steps to resolve it
1. Check you have entered correct and truthful credit card information. This process checks for active and real credit card information.
2. If you need to create the Account and you cannot recheck the Credit Card information or there is a secondary problem (expired, mistaken Name, etc. You can press the X to return to the Page Below. You will not be able to add cameras to the Customer Account until correct and truthful Credit Card information is added.
