Customer Users - Explanation of Users Interface

This page will explain an in-depth understanding of the abilities and information from each part of the User Interface

 

  1. Add Button ->  Create a new Client login for an end Client
  2. Entries per page -> Choose how many Clients you see on the page, choice of 10/25/50/100
  3. Reset Filter -> you can filter Users by Name/Login/Roles/Role Type. This button resets those back to default
  4. Column Configuration ->Choose which columns you can see on the main Customer Interface
    • ID -> Unique Database Identifier for this Specific Client Login
    • Active-> See Below
    • Available -> The current logged-in User can modify the User's settings or not. 
    • Name -> See Below
    • Login -> See Below
    • Roles ->  See Below
    • Last Login At -> See Below
    • Created At -> Date and Time the Client Login was created
    • Modified At -> See Below
    • Role Type -> See Below
  5. Reset Settings -> Resets Column Settings to default
  6. Refresh -> Refresh Page to see any changes
  7. Active -> The Client is Enabled or Disabled ( Search "Changing/Deleting User" for more information)
  8. Name -> The First and Last name associated with this Client Login
  9. Login -> The Username for the Login, the only possibility is their email 
  10. Roles -> Activated Roles for this account, can have multiple 
  11. Last Login -> Date and time the Client last logged in 
  12. Modified At -> Date and Time Client Login settings was modified
  13. Role Type -> Role Type of this Client Login
