Customer Roles - Explanation of the Roles Interface

This will show you all the information about what you can do on the Roles Portal Interface

  1. Add Button -> Add a Role to this Customer
  2. Entries Per Page -> How many Roles per Page, Choose between 10/25/50/100
  3. Reset Filters -> you can search Roles by (name, Parent Role, Cameras, Role Type
  4. Columns ->
    • ID -> unique identifier for this specific created Role
    • Available -> See Below
    • Name -> See Below
    • Parent Role -> See Below
    • Cameras -> See Below
    • Role Type -> See Below
  5. Reset Settings -> Reset Column settings back to default
  6. Refresh -> Refresh the Roles page to view any changes
  7. Available -> Able to assign users to this role or not
  8. Name -> Name of the Role
  9. Parent Role -> Management of this Role
  10. Cameras -> Number of Cameras this Role has access to
  11. Role Type -> Is this an Admin or a Guard Role Type
