Customer Account Profile - Explanation of the Account Profile Interface

Use this page as a description of all the areas inside the account profile tab and what you can do on it

 

Account Profile Interface

  1. Account Profile Interface -> See Above
  2. Admin Portal -> Enable or Disable the Customer access to the Admin Portal
  3. Video Portal -> Enable or Disable the Customer access to the Video Portal
  4. Mobile Application -> Enable or Disable the Customer access to the Mobile Application
  5. Customer Status -> Disable or Delete this Customer account. Delete is Permanent!
  6. Shared Links -> Enable or Disable the Customer access to creating Shared Links or widgets
  7. P&P Cameras ->  Enable or Disable the Customer access to creating P&P Cameras
  8. Contact Information -> All the Basic Contact information for this customer. 
  9. Location -> Street address of the customer
  10. Billing Information -> The billing information for the customer
  11. Description -> detailed description of this customer and any notes you wish to add for this customer
  12. Default Settings -> Default Camera Recording settings
  13. Save -> Save any changes made in the account profile
