This is the for Customer Camera interface. Information about each aspect you can find as well as descriptions about what the Information means is below
CUSTOMERS CAMERAS TAB
- Customer Camera Tab -> Used to see every camera currently attached to a customer account
- Add Button -> Add New Cameras to this Customer (search "add a new camera" into the knowledge base search engine if you're having trouble)
- Entries per page -> Choose how many Cameras you see on the page, choice of 10/25/50/100
- Reset Filters -> You can filter P&P Cameras by multiple types. This button resets those back to default
- Columns ->Choose which columns you can see on the P&P Tab
- Reset Settings -> Resets Column Settings to default
- Refresh -> Refresh Page to see any changes
- Enabled -> Is the Camera able to send video or
- Thumbnail -> Snapshot of the Cameras line of sight
- Camera ID -> Unique Identifier for this camera
- Camera Name -> Descriptive name of the camera chosen
- Video Status -> Online or Offline
- Camera Type -> Generic Connection, ONVIF, or P&P Connection settings
- FPS -> Frames Per Second Chosen for individual cameras
- Bitrate -> The MBPS speed this camera is uploading at
- Resolution -> Image Size and Detail selected
- Modified At -> Last Time Changes were made to Camera Settings
