When creating a new customer to bring up for monitoring using our Bounty Hunter PRO app, you will be asked in this section here:



If your customer has already been created and exists inside of your VMSADMIN account, you can click EXISTING VMS CLIENT: 



In the example below, the customer ID is 2490:
