Configuring your users for the Mobile App

The Mobile App allows your end users to view past incidents, see their site information and more!

1) Have your customer first download the Mobile App and sign up using their email.

Please note that when signing up, your customer must verify their email address via the link sent to their email. Even if you link their accounts, they will not see them until this has been verified.

Next, you'll want to link your end customer's sites to their login for them to view their reporting. You can control what they can see and have permissions to update.

2) Navigate to the Customer inside of your Bounty Hunter web application from you web browser and click on Customer Accounts next to the customer details tab:

2) Click on New User , enter in the email for the end customer and then click on the arrow beside this field to fill out more information:

3) Fill out the User information (this should correspond with an active user in BH) and check all sites you would like to give this user access to, then hit the arrow to edit the user permissions.

4) Expand and collapse the user permissions here and adjust as needed.

Depending on the user, you can adjust what they can view, or have the ability to update!

Hit save!

The user will now be able to access this site in their Mobile App based on the permissions you set up!
