Configuring the RSPNDR Guard Service on your Site

RSPNDR is a network of on-demand licensed guards that we can configure directly into our platform so that your operators can dispatch a guard to a site's alarm. Their software will pick the closest guard service to your location!

Let's start by configuring RSPNDR so it is enabled on your client's site and available for operators to use:

1. Go to your Client, choose the Site you want to configure and then hit the EDIT button under the DETAIL tab:

2. Add a new Integration! Choose Guard and then Shared and any notes you need to relay:

3. Scroll to the top and hit

Your site is now configured and integrated with RSPNDR!

Your operator's GUARD BUTTON inside their incident will allow them the option of calling out to RSPNDR under the Shared Guard tab as so:
