Choosing which Site(s) your Super Operator has visibility of.
Use this guide to remove or add site visibility for a Super Operator user inside Bounty Hunter.
If you want to balance the event load between your operators, Bounty Hunter has an easy solution allowing you to control which operator sees which Monitored Clients.
To begin, let's navigate to your users tab:
You can either find the user you want by scrolling through the list or alternatively you can filter by Name or Username:
Inside the user, you will see a field marked "Monitoring Clients".
Click on your EDIT button to adjust this field:
Uncheck "ALL" if this was set as a default for this user and begin manually typing in the name of the Site to have the options appear:
Checkmark the Site's you would like your Super Operator to have visibility of to monitor.
**This will automatically adjust the cameras they can see in their video tab as well as which Incidents they can see in the Incident tab if applicable.
Hit save to implement these changes!
If you want your Super Operator to go back to viewing all Clients from the MC, simply return to their user and edit the Monitoring Clients to "ALL":
