Check List for Cameras Added to Bounty Hunter

For new cameras being added, removed or replaced that the operators are monitoring.

Whenever you are adding a new camera to the VMS (Camera Glue) or replacing a damaged one and that camera is monitored by a live operator, you will need to notify us of the following at support@localsecurity.io:

1) New Camera ID and Name in the VMS

2) What Camera ID needs to be deleted from Bounty Hunter so the guards don't receive errors when watching your site

Before leaving site, the following needs to be completed:

1) Analytics need to be set up on the camera before anything further can be completed. You can configure your analytics using this article.

2) The new camera needs to be tested by a Local Security representative to ensure the signals will come through our system as they should be.
Please contact our help desk at support@localsecurity.io to inform us when you will be ready to test.

The Local Security representative will need to first input all the camera's into the Bounty Hunter platform before testing so ensure that you have enough time if you have decided to wait on site. Alternatively, you can set a test date after paperwork has been completed and sent to us but please note the cameras cannot be passed onto the operators until they have been tested by us.
