1. Open the ‘Cameras’ Tab
2. Click on the ‘Products’ next to the camera you want to change the plan for.
3. Choose a new Plan from the dropdown list.
4. Click Save.

2. Click on the ‘Products’ next to the camera you want to change the plan for.
3. Choose the empty line for the Plan from the dropdown list.
4. Click Save. Make sure you have ‘No applied products’ specified in the Product field.
5. Return to the ‘Subscription’ Tab
6. Click the ‘Deactivate’ button. Save.
Note: If the Camera Plan is canceled during the billing period, the changes will be applied on the first day of the next billing period.
