Camera's Field of View has Altered - Operator

Camera's Field of View has Altered - Operator

If your site has a PTZ camera you may run into any of the following issues when on your shift:

-the camera is triggering events outside of the site due to the field of view being altered
-the camera is looking at the ground or a wall or has moved to a field of view other than it's home position

Luckily this is an easy fix, you can click on the camera and navigate to bring it to it's home position by doing the following:
1. Bring the Camera into Live View
2. Click on the PTZ button in the camera's navigation

3. Hit the "Home" button to bring it back to it's home position

Be careful not to hit this button as it will set a new home position for your camera!
If you notice the home position is wrong, let your manager know and they can relay it to the software team to have this adjusted!

Additionally, from the camera tab in the VMS video portal, your user can see all the PTZ cameras in the same column here:

It's a good practice to get into checking that these are set to their home base at the start of your shift!
