Arming the System

Arming the System

1. When starting your shift, you will want to ARM your system.
This will automatically allow incidents to be created in your window of the open incident que if an alarm is performed in the Video Portal. You can do this by clicking the SHEILD icon in the top right hand corner and it will turn red meaning that your platform is armed.

2. Filter for both PEOPLE and CARS so you can zero in on the important activity happening at your client's sites.
Do not leave any video square without choosing an analytic as this will not scan properly for the meta data and the information that comes get's presented to you will go solely off of motion only.
You can choose these analytics by toggling back and forward on the PLUS icon on the view screen for each camera square.
