Adding RSPNDR Guard Reports to Customer Reports

Adding RSPNDR Guard Reports to Customer Reports

RSPNDR is the shared guard service configured on some of your sites to dispatch a live guard in the event of an alarm.

If you dispatch a guard using RSPNDR, the guard will generate a report that will show up in real time in the GUARD tab inside your incident:
You also have the ability to download and/or share the RSPNDR reports that they submit to us when completed.
The only extra step we will need your help with is adding these reports to the customer's end report (incident share) so they are able to see these too!!
The .PDF file will look similar to the one below, and will be under the attachments tab (you can download it to have a look at it as well!):

Once downloaded, they look something like this:
Before closing the incident, the operator will need to open the incident share:
Then, click on the END CUSTOMER share that is already generated:

Click EDIT, and add a checkmark beside the .PDF in the report!!
Hit Save!
